The Weeknd, Cardi B & More Big Acts to Headline Global Citizen Festival 2018

International advocacy group Global Citizen just revealed the full list of headliners for its 2018 festival on the Great Lawn in New York City's Central Park. The Weeknd, Cardi B, Janet Jackson, Janelle Monáe, as well as Shawn Mendes will headline the free-ticketed event.
